Who we are:
We are a AAAHC certified ambulatory surgery center located near the Unity Point Methodist complex in the Illinois Medical Center. We perform 10,000 procedures per year and are dedicated to providing our patients a specialized, safe and effective GI procedure in our 3 procedure room office.
Who we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced endoscopy technician for an immediate full time position. We would prefer a tech with GI experience but are willing to train an otherwise qualified candidate. The tech will primarily work with the physicians in the procedure room.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player who desires to work in the fun but fast paced environment of our ambulatory surgery center.
Skills needed:
Required: Current Illinois CPR certificate required (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
- Positive Attitude
- Ability and desire to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multi task and operate independently within our framework
- Strong communication skills at all levels (patients, staff and physicians)
- Detail oriented
- Good computer skills with knowledge of MS office products
