About CIEC
Press Ganey

For more than 25 years, Press Ganey has been the industry's recognized leader in health care performance improvement. They work with more than 10,000 health care organizations nationwide to improve clinical and business outcomes.
Each week Press Ganey randomly selects half of our patients from the previous week to receive requests to complete a short survey. Half of those patients receiving the survey complete it and return to Press Ganey where patient comments are logged and results compiled and released to us the same day they are received, giving us up-to-date accurate patient thoughts and concerns about the care they received here. If a patient does not use their name on the survey, results are anonymous.
All staff and physicians are given the comment report monthly and a committee within CIEC meets monthly to review and discuss ways to better meet patient needs. Many changes have been made and continue to be a result of patient comments and requests from the Press Ganey survey results.
We are proud to have participated with the leader in patient satisfaction benchmarking since our inception in 2009 to measure accurately how we can better meet patients’ and families’ needs.
